I am pleased to provide this letter of reference for Mr. Parris Brashear. Mr. Brashear worked on a remodel of a downstairs bonus room in my condominium.

I have found him to be very professional in his performance – he was fair and honest in pricing his proposal and stayed on budget. He was flexible in working with me on payment. He maintained ongoing communication during the course of the project, particularly if there were delays. He made recommendations on different aspects of the project that ultimately resulted in a better outcome than I had anticipated. His team members performed their respective areas of the remodel very professionally.

I did not know Mr. Brashear prior to his taking on my project, so was somewhat anxious given some people’s experience with contractors. He turned out to be quite reliable and trustworthy. I am quite pleased with how this project has turned out and am planning on using him for future renovations to my property.
